All of our jewellery purchased online carries a full money back guarantee.

Providing goods are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging any item you order from us can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Remember to include your name and address and to state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Goods returned to us arriving damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages within three days of receiving the order.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.
